Yunnan Golden Spiral is a premium black tea from Yunnan province in south-western China. The leaves have a beautiful golden sheen and are hand-rolled into small spirals. As the tea brews they slowly unfurl, giving a full, smooth and naturally sweet cup with notes of honey, malt and a hint of cocoa – without bitterness.

How to brew

  • 2–3 g tea per 200 ml cup
  • Water 90–95 °C
  • Steep 3–4 minutes
  • The leaves can be re-steeped several times
