Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want your purchase to be as convenient as possible, and if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and in unopened packaging, and handled in a way that allows us to resell it.
How to return a product:
- Send us a message: Contact us at support@cofaa.se to let us know you would like to return the product. Please include your order number, which item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Send the product back: Once you have received a return address, send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving it. To speed up processing, include a copy of your order confirmation or a note showing your order number.
- Return costs: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product on our part, we cover the return costs. If you return a product for other reasons (e.g. you change your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received your return and inspected the product, we will process your refund. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions to Returns and Refunds
Certain products may be exempt from our return policy for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and personal care products, if the seal has been broken. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet our return requirements.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We take responsibility for all defective products and make sure you get a solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please follow the same process as for a return. Once we have received the returned item, you can place a new order for the product you wish to exchange it for.
