Some items in the store may be offered as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel this type of purchase.

Subscriptions

When you buy a coffee subscription, you receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time. The order confirmation emails contain links to your order — from there you can manage your subscription.
