Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery
Welcome to cofaa.se! We strive to provide you with a safe and smooth shopping experience. Below you can read our terms and conditions, including payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, and complaints.
1. Payment
We offer several payment options at checkout. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Only adults or persons with a guardian's approval may shop with us.
2. Delivery
We only deliver within Sweden.
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days. During peak periods, delays may occur.
• Shipping cost: Calculated based on the order and shown at checkout.
• Delivery method: Home delivery or pickup at a service point.
• If your chosen service point is full, the package may be delivered to the nearest available service point.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately and we will help you track it.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 65 to cover return and handling costs.
3. Damaged or missing package
If you have received a damaged item or are missing part of your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
When complaining about a damaged package, please send:
• Order number
• Pictures of the outside and inside of the package
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
According to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and off-premises contracts, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item, provided that the product is in substantially unchanged condition. You may open the packaging and examine the item, but it must not be used.
Please note that according to Chapter 3, Section 11 of the same act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food items if the packaging has been opened, as they cannot be resold for hygienic and quality reasons.
• Notify us via email before returning the item.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
• Food and beverages are not covered by the right of withdrawal if the packaging has been opened.
• Special orders or products with personal customization cannot be returned.
5. Complaints
If you have received the wrong item or if your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you have the right to complain. For food items, complaints are valid within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered and at the latest before the expiry date. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover a defect.
For complaints, please contact us with:
• Order number
• Description of the defect
• Pictures or video if possible
If an item needs to be returned for an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Cancellations and changes
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been shipped.
Contact us immediately if you wish to make a change or cancel.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver goods due to events beyond our control, such as strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or major technical failures. However, we will inform you of any delays and try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
8. Personal data & GDPR
When you shop with us, you provide certain personal data, such as:
• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• IP address (automatically registered when ordering)
We process this data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to manage your order, deliver goods, and provide you with the best possible customer service.
How we use your data:
• To process and deliver your order.
• To contact you with questions about your order.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• If you have given your consent, we may send newsletters and offers.
Your rights under GDPR:
• You have the right to request information about what personal data we have stored.
• You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• You can request that your data be deleted if there is no legal basis for us to retain it.
• You can withdraw your consent for direct marketing at any time.
