Shipping policy

We deliver within Sweden only.

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days. Delays may occur during periods of high demand.

• Shipping cost: Calculated based on the order and shown at checkout.

• Delivery method: Home delivery or pickup at a service point.

• If your chosen service point is full, the parcel may be delivered to the nearest available service point.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately and we will help you trace it.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Uncollected parcels are charged a fee of SEK 65 to cover return and handling costs.
