Medium ceramic garlic grater – yellow & white (Canela)

Hand-painted ceramic grating plate from Spanish maker Alfar Tierra Cocida in the warm yellow-and-white Canela glaze. The medium size gives you more room: grate garlic, ginger, parmesan, chocolate or citrus zest straight onto the plate and serve from it. The smooth ceramic surface won't oxidise food, so flavour and aroma are preserved.

Each plate is handmade in southern Spain and hand-glazed with lead-free, cadmium-free, food-safe glazes. It comes in a gift box, making it a lovely present for food lovers and home cooks.
