Hand-painted ceramic grating plate from Spanish maker Alfar Tierra Cocida in the warm “Canela” glaze – yellow and white. Grate garlic, ginger, cheese, chocolate, nuts or citrus zest straight into the dish, and easily prepare sauces, dressings, marinades or baby food. The smooth ceramic surface won't oxidise food, so flavour is preserved.
